What is the Launch Rate?
The Launch Rate ($149/mo) is our early-adopter pricing, available exclusively to the first 250 clients who subscribe. Once you lock it in, you keep that rate for as long as your subscription remains active — even after we move to standard pricing.
What happens after 250 clients have signed up?
Once we reach 250 subscribers, the Launch Rate is no longer available for new clients. New subscribers will pay the Standard rate of $199/mo. Existing Launch Rate clients keep their $149/mo rate permanently.
Do I keep the Launch Rate forever?
Yes. As long as your subscription remains active, your rate stays at $149/mo. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you would be on the Standard rate ($199/mo) unless launch spots are still available.
Are the features different between Launch and Standard?
No. Both plans include the exact same features and capabilities. The only difference is the monthly rate. Launch Rate clients receive a $50/mo benefit as a thank-you for being early adopters.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the full platform before making any commitment.
What integrations do you support?
We currently support Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreshBooks (accounting), HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive (CRM), and Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Stripe (commerce). Additional integrations are added regularly.
How does the AI work?
Meridian Pulse uses Claude by Anthropic to analyse your business data. The AI computes key metrics, detects anomalies through statistical, contextual, and predictive analysis, and generates clear insights and recommendations specific to your business.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption, row-level data isolation, and never share your data with third parties. Your data is never used to train AI models. Security is foundational to everything we build.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 14 days, you will be invited to choose a plan. If you choose not to subscribe, your account is paused (not deleted). You can reactivate at any time.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual pricing with an additional discount is planned for the near future. Please contact us if you would like to discuss annual billing.
What support is available?
